How it works, from first message to last bouquet

You send us the date, venue and guest count. We confirm within 24 hours, you choose a package and palette, and a 30% deposit holds the date. On the day, we arrive an hour early, set up, our host guides your guests for 2 to 3 hours, then we tear down and take everything with us.

  1. You request a quote

Date, city or venue, guest count, event type. Reply within 24 hours.

  2. We pick the palette together

An inspiration photo, your invitation colours or brand colours: we propose the seasonal flowers that match.

  3. You book

30% deposit by Interac e-Transfer or card. Final guest count confirmed 10 days before.

  4. We buy your flowers

Flowers are ordered for your event and conditioned the day before so they last all day.

  5. On the day, we set up

Arrival 60 minutes early: cart, colour-sorted buckets, umbrella, lettered mirror, wrapping station.

  6. Your guests build

The host explains the recipe, helps the hesitant and wraps each bouquet in a personalised kraft cone.

  7. We take everything

30-minute teardown, plant waste collected. All you keep are the photos.
