Frequently asked questions

What is a flower bar?

A flower bar is a fresh-flower station set up at your event. Stems are sorted by colour in buckets, guests pick their flowers, build a bouquet with help from a floral host and take it home wrapped in a kraft cone. It is entertainment, décor and a guest favour at the same time.

How much does a flower bar cost?

Our packages start at $425 for 15 guests or fewer (La Petite Fleur). For 16 to 40 guests, La Douce Fête is $295 + $21 per guest. Le Mariage is $395 + $18 per guest, and Corporate is $350 + $14 per participant. Plus taxes.

How many flowers per guest?

About 7 stems per guest: 2 or 3 focal flowers (roses, gerberas), 2 fillers (carnations, daisies, baby’s breath) and 2 greens (eucalyptus, fern, ruscus). A “recipe” sign on the bar guides everyone.

How long does it take?

Each guest takes 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on the package, the host stays 2 to 3 hours. We arrive about 60 minutes early to set up and leave 30 minutes after.

How much space do you need?

About 2 m by 2 m for the cart and mirror, near an outlet if possible. Outdoors we need shade above 25 °C: our fringed umbrella helps, but a shaded corner keeps flowers fresh longer.

Where do you travel?

Across Montérégie: Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Saint-Bruno, Chambly, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, Châteauguay, Vaudreuil-Dorion and more. The first 30 km are included, then $0.75 per km. Montreal on request.

How do I book?

Fill in the quote request or message us on Instagram. We confirm availability within 24 hours. A 30% deposit holds the date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event.

Can we choose colours and flowers?

Yes. Pick a palette or send an inspiration photo. We select the seasonal flowers closest to it. Some varieties (peonies, ranunculus) are only available at certain times of year.

What if it rains?

We set up indoors or under cover. The cart fits through a standard door. If there is no cover, we agree on a plan the day before.

Do we need a permit or insurance?

Nothing on your side: we don’t serve food or alcohol. If your venue requires paperwork (insurance certificate, load-in schedule), mention it in your quote request and we’ll sort it out with them.

How long do the bouquets last?

5 to 10 days in fresh water, depending on the flowers. Every guest gets the care tip: re-cut stems at an angle and change the water every two days.

What happens to leftover flowers?

We take the cut stems and plant waste with us. Any flowers left at the end stay with the hosts.
