How it works

We set up
Flower cart, fringed umbrella, lettered mirror: we arrive an hour early and everything is ready when guests walk in.

They build
Focal flowers, fillers, greenery: a little “recipe” sign and our host guide every guest, from the crafty to the shy.
- 3
They take it home
Each bouquet is wrapped in a kraft cone with your names and date. We tear down, tidy up and go.

What is a flower bar?
A flower bar is a fresh-flower station set up at your event. Stems are sorted by colour in buckets, guests pick their flowers, build a bouquet with help from a floral host and take it home wrapped in a kraft cone. It is entertainment, décor and a guest favour at the same time.
How much does a flower bar cost?
Our packages start at $425 for 15 guests or fewer (La Petite Fleur). For 16 to 40 guests, La Douce Fête is $295 + $21 per guest. Le Mariage is $395 + $18 per guest, and Corporate is $350 + $14 per participant. Plus taxes.
How many flowers per guest?
About 7 stems per guest: 2 or 3 focal flowers (roses, gerberas), 2 fillers (carnations, daisies, baby’s breath) and 2 greens (eucalyptus, fern, ruscus). A “recipe” sign on the bar guides everyone.
How long does it take?
Each guest takes 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on the package, the host stays 2 to 3 hours. We arrive about 60 minutes early to set up and leave 30 minutes after.
How much space do you need?
About 2 m by 2 m for the cart and mirror, near an outlet if possible. Outdoors we need shade above 25 °C: our fringed umbrella helps, but a shaded corner keeps flowers fresh longer.
