The wedding flower bar: the guest favour people actually take home

A wedding flower bar is a counter of fresh stems set up during your cocktail hour or reception. Each guest picks their flowers, builds a bouquet with help from our floral host and takes it home in a kraft cone printed with your names. It is entertainment, a photo spot and a favour in one.

Why it works

A favour that doesn’t end up in a drawer

Traditional favours are often left behind on the table. A bouquet you made yourself goes home, into a vase and onto Instagram.

Something to do during cocktail hour

While you are off taking couple photos, guests gather at the bar, chat, laugh and fill your album with candid shots.

Matched to your décor

We build the palette from your wedding florals, stationery or an inspiration photo, so the bar extends your design instead of clashing with it.

Your names everywhere

The mirror is hand-lettered with your names and date, and every cone carries the same signature. Guests leave with a dated keepsake.

The right moment

Best moment: cocktail hour, while you take photos. The bar can also stay open at the end of the night so guests leave with full arms, or come back for the next-day brunch.

Palette ideas

Popular this season: white and eucalyptus green, dusty pink and peach, or sky blue and white for country weddings.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a flower bar cost for a 100-guest wedding?

With Le Mariage ($395 + $18 per guest), a 100-guest wedding comes to about $2,195 before taxes, with two hosts, 3 hours of service and personalisation included.

Can the bouquets double as centrepieces?

Yes. We can set small bouquets on the tables at the start of the evening, then invite everyone to take theirs home. It trims your floral budget.

Do you work with my planner?

Always. We agree with them on timing, placement and venue access, and we provide any paperwork the venue requires.
