Once you select the shape of your box, rose color and quantity, you can simply add it to your cart, you will then confirm your order and pay.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

All cancellation must be confirmed by one of our sales representatives. Please contact us immediately at 1800 # or via WhatsApp. Our sales presentative has the right to refuse any cancellation if the order has already left our warehouse and is out for delivery.

Unfortunately, our arrangements of Eternity Roses from BAR A FLEURS are not eligible for returns. We are able to cancel orders if you contact us within a 24-hour period. However, if you contact us too late, or your order is already in progress, then we will not be able to cancel your order. If you have ordered an arrangement of Eternal Roses for same-day delivery, those orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If we sent the wrong color or wrong model of box we will send the right one, upon receiving pictures, and pay for the shipping back
